I am an I.T.I.L. accredited Service Delivery Management professional with  in-depth experience of managing multi million pound complex operational service solutions for major clients, most recently for central UK Government Departments working in a variable multi Supplier environment. I am an enthusiastic ambassador for change and have a solid track records of successful delivery. I am a highly motivated and tenacious team player with a real sense of business direction, thriving on challenges others may find intimidating. I have held senior positions within Operational/Service Delivery, Service Consultancy, Service Management, Service Transition and third Party/Supplier Management for over 25 years.
